Stoos excursion for enjoyers

No hustle, no bustle - just enjoy Mount Stoos.

Are you an epicure? Do you not like to travel in large crowds? Then this would be an option for your trip to Mount Stoos!

The biggest crowds leave the mountain later in the afternoon - you then take the steepest funicular up to the mountain village!

A 15-minute walk to the left of the village will take you to the valley station of the chairlift Klingenstock. This runs in the summer season (only in good weather) until 4pm.

With one of the last train rides you can reach the summit Klingenstock and directly start the famous ridge walk to the Fronalpstock.

To the ridge hiking trail

Arrived on the Fronalpstock, the summit restaurant Fronalpstock invites you to stay. The restaurant is open at the same time as the chairlifts on the Fronalpstock (during the summer season until 5.30pm (when the chairlift Klingenstock is open)). A reservation at the summit restaurant is recommended.
