Mountain Inn & Alpine Cheese Trail

Mmhhhh…. taste and enjoy fine Stoos and Muotathaler alp cheese along the Alpine Cheese Trail or Mountain Inn Trail directly on site.

Hike comfortably in intact mountain nature, between fresh herbs, green forests and the most beautiful views. In addition, enjoy local alpine cheese in cosy mountain pubs along the way and visit a genuine alpine cheese dairy.

The Alpine Cheese Fun Pass gives you the freedom to taste local Alpine cheeses of your choice in three of the six mountain taverns along the Stoos mountain tavern trail. Portion of approx. 100g alp cheese with bread.

On the smaller, family-friendly tour around the mountain village of Stoos, the Mountain Inn Trail, you can taste Alpine cheese in five restaurants (excluding Alpine Cheese Farm “Tröligen”).

How it works:

Your Alpine Chees Fun Pass with the 3 vouchers becomes valid as soon as you pay for it – either at the ticket office of the mountain railways or at one of the indicated establishments. You will then receive the official version of the Alpine Cheese Fun Pass with the stamp and date of the railway – and off you go!
