Every year, the "bad boys" of the Swiss wrestling scene come to Stoos for a trial of strength at one of the most beautiful mountain wrestling festivals! The Stoos wrestling festival is the first of six mountain wrestling festivals in Switzerland and takes place every June. According to the published mountain wrestling festival distribution list, 50 wrestlers from central Switzerland will duel with 20 each from Bern and north-eastern Switzerland at the traditional first mountain festival on Stoos. An exciting starting position is emerging and the loyal spectators can look forward to interesting contests for the festival victory and oak leaves on the second Sunday in June.
